These terms govern use of chakadesilva.com and any services, quotes, or bookings arranged through it. The site and the services described on it are operated by Murder Palace ("we," "us"), a Florida-registered business, on behalf of Chaka De Silva. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Voice-over, acting, and related creative services are provided on a project basis under a separate written agreement or statement of work agreed before any work begins. Published rates on this site are indicative starting points, not binding quotes — final pricing, scope, and delivery timelines are confirmed in writing per project.

On-camera and theatrical acting engagements are performed under applicable SAG-AFTRA agreements where SAG-AFTRA jurisdiction applies. Published voice-over rates on this site apply to voice-over and audiobook work only and are not acting rates.

2. Bookings and Payment

A booking is confirmed once both parties agree to scope and price in writing and any required deposit is received. Standard payment terms, cancellation policy, and revision allowances are set out per project and take precedence over any general statement on this site.

3. Intellectual Property & Likeness

Delivered voice or performance work is licensed for the specific use agreed in the applicable project agreement. Any use of Chaka De Silva's name, voice, image, or likeness beyond what is explicitly licensed in writing — including AI-generated or synthetic recreations — is not authorized.

Site content, including copy, design, and media, is owned by Murder Palace or its respective licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access to it, or use any content from it in a way that infringes the rights of Murder Palace, Chaka De Silva, or any third party.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Murder Palace and Chaka De Silva are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
